What to Expect During Your Complimentary In-Home Consultation

We meet and get acquainted. You ask any questions you have while observing me interact with your cat in your presence. I get familiar with your cat and gather all the important details of how you want your cat cared for.

We take a brief tour of your home to gain familiarity with your cat's routine, favorite hiding places and discuss important home care items you would like me to attend to. Finally we discuss and mutually agree on the specific services you would like me to provide and review the completed Client Data Form, Visit Check List, Service Agreement and General Release and Key Keeper Program Agreement to be absolutely certain nothing is missed in the care of your cat and home.

Please have the Client Data Form and Visit Checklist completed prior to my arrival. The Service Agreement and Key Keeper Agreement can be signed once we have completed all other arrangements.

If everyone is comfortable at this point, you provide me with a key to your home. Please have a complete set of keys (house key, mailbox key, etc) ready prior to the consultation and please check them to make sure they work. Your keys will be stored in a secure manner while in my possession. Most of my clients participate in my Key Keeper Program, a FREE service I provide if you choose to have me keep your key for future visits. If you prefer to have me pick-up and return your key on future visits, there will be a fee of $10.00 for each key pick-up and $10.00 for each key return.

I also take with me a copy of the signed Service Agreement and General Release, your completed Client Data Form, Visit Checklist and Key Keeper Program Agreement. Payment is due in full upon completion of services or in advance, whichever you prefer. The consultation is now complete!

If additional questions arise following the consultation, please contact me as soon as possible.

I will confirm your dates a day or two before your first scheduled visit.
